Information we collect
On our public website we may collect contact details you voluntarily submit (name, email, message). For authorized team tools, we may connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth when an administrator chooses to link our account.
QuickBooks data use
When QuickBooks is connected, we access accounting data limited to what our internal operations require — primarily customer records and invoice / sales activity to maintain retail coverage maps and operational visibility for Glacier Fruit distribution.
- Data is used only for internal business operations by Glacier Packaging LLC staff.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade QuickBooks or customer data to third parties.
- We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising or unrelated marketing.
- Access is restricted to authenticated team administrators.
Data retention & security
OAuth tokens and exported reports are stored on our secured servers with access limited to authorized personnel. You may request disconnection of QuickBooks at any time via our team console, which removes stored tokens.
