By using the Glacier Fruit website, team portal, investor portal, or related services operated by Glacier Packaging LLC (doing business as Glacier Fruit), 1318 Bluff Rd., Marble NC 28905, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Who may use our services
Our public website is available to general visitors. The team portal and investor portal are restricted to authorized users with valid credentials or invitations. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Use our services only for lawful business purposes related to Glacier Fruit operations.
- Do not attempt to access areas, data, or accounts you are not authorized to use.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or probe the security of our systems.
- Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute portal content without written permission.
QuickBooks Online integration
Authorized administrators may connect Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth to support internal operations (for example, retail coverage maps and operational visibility). Only designated Glacier Packaging LLC staff may initiate or manage this connection.
- QuickBooks data is used solely for internal business operations.
- We do not sell or share QuickBooks data with third parties for marketing.
- Disconnecting QuickBooks removes stored OAuth tokens from our systems.
Use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit’s own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Intellectual property
Content on this site — including text, logos, images, and portal materials — is owned by Glacier Packaging LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use our branding without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and portals are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glacier Packaging LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or suspend access at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may revoke portal access for users who violate these terms.
